BDM ( Business Development Manager for SEO Projects )
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Business Development Manager to join our team. As a BDE/BDM, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new SEO projects.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand the company's client base and achieve revenue targets in the SEO domain.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their SEO requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the client and the company.
Collaborate with the SEO team to create customized strategies and solutions for clients.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry with a focus on SEO projects.
Strong understanding of SEO concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

The ideal candidate will have a decent knowledge of SEO, experience with SEO tools and techniques, and a proven track record of achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the online visibility and ranking of our client's website.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and create content optimization strategies around them.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website performance and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO factors, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for SEO and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
