Job Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc., and a solid understanding of backend development. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about driving business growth through innovative solutions and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate business opportunities via freelancing channels such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
- Client Interaction: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients through regular meetings and interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Requirement Analysis: Understand the business processes and requirements of customers, and translate them into clear and actionable software development requirements, especially focused on backend technologies.
- Project Planning: Assist in planning project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Support in wireframing and planning project milestones.
- Proposal Writing: Prepare detailed and customized proposals, including effective cover letters, quotes, and presentations that address client needs.
- Business Development: Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Proactively seek and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills to engage with clients, explain technical requirements, and present solutions.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Lead Generation: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.).
- Backend Development: Solid understanding of backend technologies (preferably PHP, Node.js, Python, etc.) to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of business process management and the ability to translate business needs into software solutions.
- Project Management: Experience in planning project scopes, timelines, and collaborating with development teams for successful delivery.
- Proposal & Cover Letter Writing: Proven ability to prepare compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to specific client needs.
Additional Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in client acquisition and project management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once in a fast- paced environment.
