Please read these Website General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") carefully, as the provisions contained here govern your access to and use of the Teqtop website, services and any associated content. The Website is owned and operated by Teqtop and its associates, related parties, successors and assigns.
By accessing, browsing or using the Website — or by engaging Teqtop for any service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these T&C and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
Eligibility
In consideration of your use of the Website and our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
- You are not a person barred from accessing or using the Website under the governing regulations of these T&C or any applicable law.
- Your access to or use of the Website does not violate any applicable law, regulation or order.

The Website Content may also include other Teqtop communications such as service announcements and administrative messages, which form part of the terms of use of the Website.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new Website Content, features or applications offered or made available from time to time by Teqtop through or in connection with the Website will be subject to these T&C.
Website Access and Use
In accessing and using the Website or any Website Content, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Website is offered, supplied and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Teqtop assumes no liability for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalised settings.
- You are responsible for obtaining access to the Website, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees and for providing all equipment necessary to access the Website.
- You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials issued to you in connection with our services.
Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree that you may not:
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content or data transmitted through the Website.

- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any software made available on the Website, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Subject to the limitations elsewhere in these T&C, any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Website is done at your discretion and risk. You alone will be responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from any such download.
Fees & Payment Terms
Fees for our services are governed by individual proposals, statements of work or order forms agreed between you and Teqtop. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Currency & taxes - fees are quoted in the currency stated in the proposal (typically INR or USD). Indian clients may be subject to applicable GST. International clients are responsible for any local taxes, duties or withholdings.
- Payment schedule - fixed-scope projects typically require an advance, with milestone-based payments thereafter. Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the beginning of each service month.
- Payment methods - we accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe (international cards), Razorpay (India) and other methods as agreed.
- Late payments - overdue invoices may attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum permitted by applicable law). We may pause work on overdue accounts.
- Refunds - refund eligibility, conditions and processing are governed by our Refund Policy.
Our Intellectual Property Rights
The products, technology and services described on the Website may be the subject of intellectual property rights reserved by Teqtop or other third parties. Nothing contained in the Website shall be construed as conferring on you, by implication or otherwise, any licence, title or ownership of or to any intellectual property right of Teqtop or any third party.
The Website itself, including its design, layout, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, copy and other content, is owned by or licensed to Teqtop and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or commercially exploit any of the Website Content without our prior written consent.
Client Deliverables & Materials
Where Teqtop is engaged to deliver bespoke work for a client (such as websites, mobile applications, designs, content, or marketing campaigns), the following principles apply unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- Final deliverables - ownership of the final, delivered, paid-for work product transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.
- Pre-existing IP - Teqtop retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies and components that we use to produce the deliverables. The client receives a non-exclusive licence to use these as part of the deliverables.
- Third-party assets - any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, etc.) are licensed to the client subject to the original licensor’s terms.
- Client materials - you retain all rights, title and interest in materials you provide to us. By providing them, you grant Teqtop a licence to use them solely to deliver your project.
- Portfolio rights - Teqtop reserves the right to display delivered work in our portfolio, case studies and marketing materials, with reasonable acknowledgement, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Website Content & Disclaimers
In viewing the Website Content displayed on the Website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- All Website Content posted on the Website or communicated to you from time to time is provided for guidance or as reference only. Accordingly, no advice relating to the subject matter of such Website Content is understood to be given to you by Teqtop.
- Under no circumstances will Teqtop be liable in any way for any Website Content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any Website Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Website Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Website.
- You are not entitled to rely or act upon such Website Content, or to use it as a basis for any cause of action in law or otherwise.
- The Website Content may be subject to change without notice and does not take into account your objectives, personal or commercial situation, requirements or needs, or any statutory obligations or requirements which may be required to be observed in your state or jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent of the law, Teqtop expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or correspondence to particular descriptions in respect of any Website Content displayed on the Website.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Teqtop or through or from the Website shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these T&C.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Teqtop, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our services.
Our total aggregate liability under any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Teqtop for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Teqtop, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these T&C or any applicable law.
- Your misuse of the Website or our services.
- Any content, materials, data or instructions you provide to us, including any infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
Termination
Teqtop may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or any service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to where we believe you have breached these T&C.
For ongoing service engagements (such as monthly retainers), termination is governed by the specific terms of the agreed proposal or statement of work, including any required notice period (typically 30 days for monthly retainers).
Upon termination, the provisions of these T&C that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification and governing law - shall remain in effect.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
The courts of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C, except that Teqtop reserves the right to bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you reside or where you breach these T&C.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written notice and good-faith discussions for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
Violations & Infringements
Any violation or infringement of these T&C should promptly be reported by you by emailing Teqtop at info@teqtop.com. We take all such reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.
Changes to These Terms
Teqtop reserves the right to modify or update these T&C at any time, in our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Website or by email.
Your continued use of the Website or our services after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C. If you do not agree to the updated T&C, you must stop using the Website and our services.
Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement - these T&C, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and any specific proposals or statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Teqtop in relation to the Website and our services.
- Severability - if any provision of these T&C is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- No waiver - failure by Teqtop to enforce any right or provision of these T&C will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment - you may not assign or transfer your rights under these T&C without our prior written consent. Teqtop may assign its rights to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale.
- Force majeure - neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet outages or pandemics.
